Our ultimate goal is for you to move into a home built to the highest standards. To make sure your home meets your expectations, we offer a unique two-step pre-settlement orientation program. The first detailed orientation takes place five to seven days before settlement, utilizing Capitol City Homes' detailed checklist as a guide. Then, once again prior to settlement, you'll inspect your home to see that every item you noted at the first orientation has been addressed. The result is to give you lasting peace of mind. We also provide a top of the line 2- 10 Home Buyers Warranty for our customers.
But our greatest reward comes from the recognition we receive from our home owners. We take pride in creating homes that are as beautiful to look at as they are comfortable to live in. Each Capitol City home offers a combination of quality materials and creative design. We listen to our homeowners for their suggestions on how to make our homes and neighborhoods better and incorporate these ideas into our home plan development. We currently have neighborhoods in Northeast Columbia in Heather Green and Willow Lakes. In Southeast Columbia we have homes in Rosecliff and Myers Creek. In Lexington we have homes in Cinnamon Hills. We also have a neighborhood in Summerville, Goose Creek, and North Charleston. Our homes range in size from 1420 square feet to 2648 square feet and are priced starting in the $120’s.
Our model homes are open 7 days a week and our on site agents are happy to help with any questions you may have.
